Effective October 20, 2026
Terms of Use
These terms govern use of this website and purchases of The Import Container Blueprint from Team P.
Standalone PDF purchases — effective October 26, 2026
The store offers three separate English-language PDF guides for $47 USD each. A PDF purchase does not include course access. Sign in with a verified account before purchase; after verified payment, your guide is available in that account’s PDF library.
No voluntary refunds are available after download. The PDF refund terms apply separately from the course policy, and do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Contact Team P using the details below for payment or delivery problems.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Team P. By using this website, purchasing course access, or accessing the program, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the program.
2. Business information

3. The program and course access
The Import Container Blueprint is a five-module online educational program designed to help students evaluate import opportunities. The current batch is full. New purchases reserve a paid place on the waitlist for the next batch; they do not provide immediate access to course materials. Existing students retain their current access. The next batch is limited to 100 paid reservations.
The next batch opening date has not been announced. Waitlist buyers receive access when that batch opens, without another course purchase. Use your checkout email to create or sign in to your account and confirm that email. Team P will thoroughly communicate any cancellation, delay, material change, revised timing, or change to the core program deliverables by email to affected customers. Course-access instructions are sent to the email used at checkout.
If Team P cancels the program before providing access and does not offer an equivalent replacement accepted by the customer, Team P will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
4. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access the course. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate checkout and contact information and maintain access to the email address used for purchase.
5. Price, payment, and taxes
The total price and currency displayed at Stripe Checkout are the amount you authorize. Stripe processes payment information on Team P’s behalf. Applicable taxes may be included or added where required. Keep your Stripe receipt and confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Course access is a one-time purchase. Team P does not enroll course customers in a recurring subscription.
6. Refunds and cancellation rights
Refunds are available only if the request is received within 24 hours of purchase AND the course has not been completed. Both conditions must be met.
We operate in good faith and follow honest business practices. We will consider special circumstances individually. Please contact support@import-container.com if special circumstances apply to you or to request a refund. Timing, course-completion details, and the email request process appear in the Refund Policy.
These terms do not limit cancellation, refund, chargeback, or other consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable U.S. federal or state law or the laws applicable to customers in India.
7. Program communications
You agree that Team P may send transactional messages needed to confirm payment, communicate development and launch status, respond to support or refund requests, and deliver course access. You may opt out of optional promotional email, but operational messages necessary to fulfill your purchase may continue.
8. Educational purpose and no guarantees
The program provides educational frameworks, worksheets, calculators, and planning tools. It is not legal, customs, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or individualized business advice. Team P does not provide inventory financing, done-for-you importing, supplier verification, brokerage, freight forwarding, customs representation, or guaranteed business opportunities.
No profit, revenue, sales volume, margin, supplier performance, shipment outcome, customs outcome, or other result is promised or guaranteed. Importing and resale involve financial and operational risk. You remain responsible for independent research, professional advice, contracts, compliance, suppliers, logistics, costs, insurance, taxes, and business decisions.
9. Personal course license
After payment and launch, Team P grants the purchaser a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course and included tools for personal education and internal business planning. The license does not transfer ownership of any content or intellectual property.
Purchased-course access has no scheduled expiry. The initial release includes the written lessons and downloads in Modules 3 and 4; remaining modules are still being prepared. Refunds, payment disputes, and the access rules in these terms may suspend or end access.
You may not resell, sublicense, share login credentials, publish, distribute, reproduce, scrape, record, publicly perform, or create a competing product from course materials except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
10. Intellectual property
The website, program name, lessons, videos, text, designs, calculators, worksheets, templates, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Team P and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Feedback may be used to improve the program without identifying you or disclosing confidential information.
11. Acceptable use and suspension
You may not use the website or course unlawfully; interfere with security or availability; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; commit fraud; infringe rights; or assist unauthorized access or redistribution. Team P may suspend or terminate access for a material violation after reasonable notice when practicable, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.
12. Third-party services and references
The website and course may reference third-party suppliers, carriers, ports, marketplaces, software, government resources, or professional services. References are informational and do not constitute endorsement. Team P does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, pricing, terms, accuracy, conduct, or performance.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and program are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Team P disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Team P does not warrant uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team P will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, inventory, or business opportunities arising from the website, program, or an import decision. Team P’s aggregate liability relating to the program will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or non-waivable consumer rights. Some jurisdictions may provide additional rights.
15. Informal dispute resolution
Before filing a legal claim, you and Team P agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. Send a written notice to privacy@import-container.com or the mailing address in Section 2 describing your name, purchase email, transaction, issue, and requested resolution. Do not include full payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information.
The receiving party will have 30 calendar days to respond and attempt resolution. This informal process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, meeting a statutory deadline, making a payment-card dispute, or using a government consumer-protection or privacy complaint process.
16. Governing law and forum
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute remains after informal resolution, either party may pursue remedies in a court or consumer forum with lawful jurisdiction. This section does not deprive a customer in another U.S. state or India of mandatory protections or a forum that applicable consumer law makes available.
17. Customers in India
Customers in India retain non-waivable rights under applicable Indian consumer and data-protection law. Complaints may be submitted through the contact methods in Section 2. Team P will acknowledge consumer grievances from India within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within one month. Customers may also use remedies available through the appropriate Indian consumer authority or commission.
18. Changes, severability, and entire agreement
Team P may update these terms for future use. Material changes affecting an existing course purchase will be thoroughly communicated and will not retroactively remove non-waivable rights. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. These terms and the linked policies are the agreement concerning the website and program, except for any separate written agreement signed by Team P.
