Effective October 14, 2026

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Team P collects, why we use it, how it is shared, and the choices available to customers in the United States and India.

1. Who we are and scope

Team P operates The Import Container Blueprint website and educational program. This policy applies to information collected through the website, Stripe Checkout, preorder communications, course delivery, and customer support.

Questions and privacy requests may be sent by email to privacy@import-container.com.

2. Notice at collection: information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, IP address, and Stripe customer or Checkout Session identifiers.
  • Purchase information: program purchased, payment status, amount, currency, purchase date, and refund history.
  • Internet and device activity: browser type, device information, pages requested, timestamps, security logs, and referring or campaign information.
  • Communications: questions, refund requests, privacy requests, and other messages you send us.
  • Inferences: limited conclusions about campaign performance or customer interest derived from the information above.

Stripe processes payment-card information. Team P does not receive or store your full payment-card number or card security code. Please do not place email addresses, financial details, passwords, or other sensitive information in URL campaign parameters or support messages unless specifically requested through a secure method.

3. Sources of information

We collect information directly from you when you purchase or contact us; automatically from your browser and our first-party attribution cookie; and from service providers such as Stripe, Resend, and our website infrastructure providers when they confirm transactions, email delivery, or system activity.

4. How and why we use information

We use information to:

  • Process, verify, confirm, and refund purchases.
  • Send development, launch, transactional, and course-access communications.
  • Deliver the program and provide customer support.
  • Maintain records, prevent fraud, secure the website, and troubleshoot errors.
  • Measure campaign attribution and improve our communications and services.
  • Comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and other legal obligations.
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to perform our agreement with you, comply with law, pursue legitimate business interests that do not override your rights, and based on consent where required. You may withdraw consent for optional processing by contacting us, without affecting processing already lawfully completed.

The course is scheduled to release on October 12, 2026. We use your checkout email to communicate any change to that schedule and to send access instructions when the program opens.

5. Cookies and first-party attribution

The website uses a first-party, HTTP-only cookie to preserve original campaign attribution. It stores only the first non-empty values for utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_content; limits each value to 100 characters; rejects email-like or sensitive-looking values; and does not overwrite an original value during internal navigation. The cookie expires after 90 days.

This cookie supports internal campaign measurement and does not track you across unrelated websites. You can remove it through your browser settings, although doing so may reduce our ability to identify the campaign associated with a later purchase.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose only the information reasonably needed for vendors to provide services on our behalf. Current categories include payment processing through Stripe, transactional email through Resend, and website hosting, security, logging, and infrastructure services. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, government authorities when legally required, or a successor involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

These recipients are expected to use information for the services or lawful purposes for which it was disclosed, subject to applicable contracts and law.

7. Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and sensitive data

As of the effective date, Team P does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process it for targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about customers. Because we do not engage in these practices, there is currently no sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity to opt out of.

If these practices change, we will update this policy, provide any required “Your Privacy Choices” or “Do Not Sell or Share” mechanism, and honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where legally required.

8. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Retention depends on the relationship, the type and sensitivity of information, customer-support needs, fraud and security risks, and tax, accounting, contractual, and legal requirements. We then delete, anonymize, or securely isolate information unless continued retention is required by law.

9. Privacy rights for U.S. residents

Depending on your state and whether its law applies to Team P, you may have the right to know or access personal information; obtain a portable copy; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; opt out of sale, targeted advertising, certain sharing, or qualifying profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; and appeal a denied request. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

California residents may request the categories or specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources and purposes, and the categories of recipients; request correction or deletion; use an authorized agent; and exercise applicable sale, sharing, or sensitive-information rights. In the preceding 12 months, the categories collected and disclosed for business purposes are the categories in Sections 2 and 6. Team P has not sold or shared those categories for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Nevada residents and residents of other states with applicable opt-out rights may submit those requests using the contact methods below. If we deny an appealable request, our response will explain how to appeal. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority, and we may separately verify the consumer’s identity.

10. Rights and choices for customers in India

Customers in India may request information about their personal data and its processing, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure where applicable, withdrawal of consent for optional processing, and grievance redressal. Where applicable, a customer may also nominate another person to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity. We will apply these choices together with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules as their provisions become applicable under the notified implementation schedule.

Withdrawing optional consent does not affect earlier lawful processing and does not require us to delete records that we must retain to deliver the purchase, handle refunds, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

11. How to exercise privacy choices

Email privacy@import-container.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” State the right you wish to exercise and the email used for your purchase. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity or authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. For complaints from India, we will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve the complaint within one month. If a request is denied, we will explain the reason and any available appeal or regulator-complaint process.

To stop optional promotional email, use any unsubscribe method provided or email us with the subject “Unsubscribe.” We may continue sending purchase receipts, refund notices, security messages, launch information needed to fulfill your preorder, and course-access instructions.

12. International processing

Team P is based in the United States. Information from customers in India may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate. We use reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical measures and comply with applicable restrictions on international processing.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Adults only

The program is intended only for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer the course to or collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated effective date and communicate material changes to affected customers when required or when the change materially affects a preorder.
