Refund Policy

This policy explains when a course purchase may be refunded and how to request a refund or consideration of special circumstances.

Standalone PDF guides — effective October 26, 2026

Standalone PDF purchases are separate from course access. No voluntary refunds are available after download. The course refund window below does not apply to these PDFs.

If you have not downloaded your PDF or have a delivery problem, email support@import-container.com with your checkout reference. Requests are reviewed individually. Required legal remedies, including for faulty or undelivered content and incorrect or duplicate charges, remain available.

1. Refund eligibility

Refunds are available only if the request is received within 24 hours of purchase AND the course has not been completed. Both conditions must be met.

This policy applies to course purchases, including discounted purchases. It does not set refund terms for separately purchased meetings.

2. The 24-hour window and course completion

The 24-hour window starts at the time of your successful Stripe payment, not when you create an account, sign in, or first access a lesson. Your emailed request must be received within 24 hours of that payment. For example, a purchase at 3:00 p.m. on October 20 has a deadline of 3:00 p.m. on October 21 in the same time zone.

The course must not have been completed when your request is received. Completing all required lessons constitutes course completion. We review the course completion and required-lesson records in your account. Optional reviews and paid meetings do not count toward course completion.

Refunds are otherwise unavailable once the 24-hour window has passed or the course has been completed, subject to the special-circumstance review and mandatory consumer rights described below.

3. Special circumstances

We operate in good faith and follow honest business practices. We will consider special circumstances individually. If special circumstances apply to you, please reach out to support@import-container.com and explain your situation. Consideration does not guarantee a refund.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@import-container.com with the subject “Refund Request.” Email is our contact method for refund requests.

Include the purchaser’s name, checkout email address, purchase date, and Stripe receipt or transaction reference so we can locate the payment. For special circumstances, include a brief explanation. Do not send a full card number, bank information, password, government identifier, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Response and processing times

Team P will acknowledge a complete refund request within 48 hours. We aim to decide and process eligible requests promptly and, in all cases, to resolve consumer grievances from India within one month. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to locate and verify the purchase.

Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe to the original payment method. We will send confirmation when the refund is submitted. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears and may require additional processing time.

6. Currency, taxes, and fees

A full refund means the amount Team P received and is able to return through the original transaction, including refundable taxes where applicable. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply exchange-rate differences or fees that Team P does not control. Contact us if the refunded amount does not match the amount shown as refunded on your Stripe confirmation.

7. Duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges

Contact us promptly if you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or different from the amount you approved at checkout. We will review our payment records and correct confirmed billing errors. We may refer suspected unauthorized use to Stripe or the payment issuer for verification.

8. Chargebacks and non-waivable rights

We encourage you to contact Team P first so we can investigate and attempt a prompt resolution. Nothing in this policy prevents a lawful payment-card dispute, complaint to a consumer authority, or exercise of rights that cannot be waived.

Customers in the United States retain applicable federal and state consumer rights. Customers in India retain applicable rights under Indian consumer law, including remedies for deficient services, unfair trade practices, or failure to provide a promised service. This policy provides contractual rights in addition to, and does not replace, mandatory legal protections.

9. Informal resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, reply with the facts and the resolution you are requesting. Team P will review the matter in good faith through the informal-resolution process described in the Terms of Use. We will explain any denial and identify any appeal or external complaint process required by applicable law.

10. Policy effective date and contact

This policy is effective October 20, 2026. Mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.
